A former World Heavyweight Champion Wayne Bridges is perhaps more qualified then anyone to take the role of Commisioner in Best of British Wrestling.  This World of Sport legend has seen and done it all including battling Andre the Giant, Hulk Hogan, Giant Haystacks, Simon Inoki, John Quinn and many, many more.

Known as a no nonsense man Commisioner Bridges is sure to bring order to Best of British Wrestling.

Few men in Best of British Wrestling have had the international success of the Wonderkid Jonny Storm.  His epic feud with Jody Fleisch is the stuff of legend and the two men have travelled the world together.  He has been to the states where he has wrestled for TNA and CZW as well as tours of Japan, Germany, Italy among many other countries.  Jonny continues to strive for success in Best of British Wrestling and his high flying skills make him one of the most exciting wrestlers in the UK.

Charlie "Raving" Rage has had a troubled time in Best of British Wrestling.  Since making his debut for the promotion he has had his career steered by the dastardly Steve Morocco, this led Charlie into several impressive victories however he has been using underhand tactics to gain these wins.  Blinded by Morocco Rage had not achieved the success he craved and since turning on Steve Morocco at Wicksteed Pavillion his career has sky rocketed with a WWE trial under his belt Charlie is looking to capture the Best of British Heavyweight title that he feels is rightfully his.

The Pukka One Darren Burridge is arguably the finest export from the UK in many years.  He has travelled the world plying his trade and since arriving in Best of British Wrestling has put in some top quality performances against the top stars in Britain.  After several international tours of Thailand, Ireland and Italy Darren set his sights set on one goal and that is the Best of British Heavyweight Title which he gained after a victory against Jonny Storm at Wicksteed Park!!!

Rocker Richards loves nothing more then putting on an LP of "Uncle Elvis" and Rocking the night away.  Since making his debut in Best of British Wrestling Rocker Richards has struggled to find his feet as he is often too concerned with singing a song to the fans.  This young man is certainly hoping that he can shake rattle and roll his way to the top of BOBW.

Jonny Kidd is one of the true wrestling legends still active on the British Wrestling scene today.  Starting his career in 1978 this true veteren of the sport appeared regularly on ITV's World of Sport and claimed the lightweight title during one of his many appearances over the next ten years!  Since ITV took wrestling from the TV Jonny Kidd has been one of the real ambassadors for the wrestling business.   This technical wizard has been a huge influence on the careers of many of the young breed of wrestler in the UK and it is an honour to have him as a part of Best of British Wrestling.

Domino has made a tremendous impact on Best of British Wrestling since his debut for the promotion at Wicksteed Park.  This giant of a man has a physique usually only seen on the bodybuilding stages of the world however he has chosen to do battle in the wrestling ring.  Following on from a stella performance against Charlie Rage, which was a no contest due to both men being unable to beat the count, Domino has asserted his physical dominance on many wrestlers around the country.  It looks certain that 2007 will be Dominos year as he continues to set his sights on the Best of British Heavyweight title, currently held by the pukka one.

Steve Grey like Johnny Kidd is a legend of British Wrestling.  Making his debut in the late 1970's on ITV's World of Sport Steve captured the imagination of the public like few others with his trademark silver boots and lighting speed to match!  He quickly rose the ranks of the lightweight division and captured the Lightweight championship.  We at Best of British Wrestling are proud to have Steve Grey among our roster as his technical skill and speed are as sharp as always.
